{"id":2208,"date":"2021-08-05T17:27:50","date_gmt":"2021-08-05T20:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saopaulo.sp.leg.br\/mulheres\/?page_id=2208"},"modified":"2024-03-22T14:22:16","modified_gmt":"2024-03-22T17:22:16","slug":"acompanhamento-psicologico-para-mulheres-vitimas-de-violencia","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.saopaulo.sp.leg.br\/mulheres\/legislacao\/acompanhamento-psicologico-para-mulheres-vitimas-de-violencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Acompanhamento psicol\u00f3gico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sancionada em no dia 2 de janeiro de 2023, a <span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/plpconsulta.saopaulo.sp.leg.br\/Forms\/MostrarArquivo?ID=17168&amp;TipArq=1\">Lei n\u00ba 17.884\/2023<\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span> institui o \u201cPrograma de Acompanhamento Psicol\u00f3gico para Mulheres V\u00edtimas de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica\u201d no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>A lei criada, debatida e aprovada pela C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Paulo por meio do <span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/splegisconsulta.saopaulo.sp.leg.br\/Pesquisa\/DetailsDetalhado?COD_MTRA_LEGL=1&amp;COD_PCSS_CMSP=709&amp;ANO_PCSS_CMSP=2021\">PL (Projeto de Lei) 709\/2021<\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span>, assinado por diversos parlamentares. A proposta foi justificada pelos autores pelo crescimento do n\u00famero de mulheres v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia. E que a viol\u00eancia afeta, al\u00e9m delas, toda a fam\u00edlia. Eles ainda ressaltam que com o acompanhamento psicol\u00f3gico \u00e0s v\u00edtimas ter\u00e3o mais possibilidades de se recuperarem de maneira mais r\u00e1pida dos traumas e sequelas.<\/p>\n<p>A forma de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7o para que o programa entre em vigor ainda s\u00e3o definidas pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o competente na administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, de acordo com o texto da lei publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial<\/p>\n<p>O acompanhamento tamb\u00e9m foi tema da <a href=\"https:\/\/plpconsulta.saopaulo.sp.leg.br\/Forms\/MostrarArquivo?ID=8461&amp;TipArq=1\">Lei n\u00ba 17.560, de 31 de maio de 2021<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sancionada em no dia 2 de janeiro de 2023, a Lei n\u00ba 17.884\/2023 institui o \u201cPrograma de Acompanhamento Psicol\u00f3gico para Mulheres V\u00edtimas de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica\u201d no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Paulo.
