Proposta pela C\u00e2mara Municipal por meio do PL (Projeto de Lei) 546\/2020<\/a>, a Lei n\u00ba 17.585, de 26 de julho de 2021<\/a> institui a campanha Check-Up Geral das Mulheres, para alerta e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as como o c\u00e2ncer de mama e problemas cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n

M\u00e9dicos das unidades b\u00e1sicas de sa\u00fade, hospitais e demais equipamentos p\u00fablicos e privados ao atenderem a paciente dever\u00e3o solicitar, obrigatoriamente, exames de an\u00e1lises cl\u00ednicas e de imagem, tais como, mamografia, ultrassonografia, raio X, entre outros dispon\u00edveis.<\/p>\n

O texto estabelece ainda que, na falta dos exames na rede p\u00fablica dever\u00e3o ser celebrados conv\u00eanios entre o Poder P\u00fablico e a iniciativa privada para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de tais exames.<\/p>\n

Palestras sobre a import\u00e2ncia da atividade f\u00edsica, medi\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o arterial com regularidade e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o nutricional tamb\u00e9m fazem parte da campanha.<\/p>\n

Em julho de 2022, o PL (Projeto de Lei) 6\/2022<\/a>, modificou esta norma, para incluir no rol o exame PCR para pesquisa de DNA do colo do \u00fatero para HPV.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
